Scientific Posters Format and Systematic

Characteristics of a Scientific Poster

• The scientific posters created are original works (not plagiarized), not translations or adaptations, have never been published before in any media and are not being/ not have ever been included in similar competitions.

• Scientific posters are research results and have never been published before in any media.

• The language used in the poster is English

• The technical and visualization style is free, original and does not use elements that violate copyright and the ethics of creating creative works (not imitation or plagiarism).

• Similarity max : 25%

• Posters use digital printing using common computer applications or software (Corel Draw, Photoshop, or a combination of other applications), and can also display photography.

• Colors or other artistic elements can be made freely according to creativity.

• Submit poster soft files and complete articles according to the format and systematics of the work below (deadline Desember 7th 2024).

• Does not contain a product and does not contain Racist/discrimination.

• If there is evidence of violation of the provisions, the work will be disqualified.

• Entries will be displayed at the 6th ICHPR conference.

• The three best posters will be selected by the jury from all participants who presented their posters.

• The jury's decision is absolute, accountable, binding and cannot be contested.

• The committee has the right and authority to publish scientific work while including the name of the author.

Systematics of Scientific Poster:

• Format of scientific poster is made vertically, A2 paper size

• Written in English.

• Title of scientific poster, containing: Short and clear title, name of the author, name of department and address of the institution that created the work

• STIKES Telogorejo Semarang institutional logo in the upper left corner, ICHPR logo in the upper right corner, the original institutional logo is located to the right of the STIKES Telogorejo Semarang logo
